• Refund and Return Policy:
• The following Returns and Refunds Policy applies to all services purchased through the Nationwide Smart Home Solution by Concierge Global Services LLC website or by phone.
• Returns: Request a refund within 15 days of the original appointment date or within 30 days from transaction date.You may contact us to schedule a new appointment date or  request a refund before the expiration of the 15-day and 30-day windows. Shipping fees are non-refundable if you miss the appointment, but we will reschedule. The appointment is confirmed, but you won't be eligible for a refund if you want to change or cancel the order or appointment. You must call us within 24 hours to cancel your order or appointment. However, if you’re not satisfied with your services as promised, you can always call us back to request a refund within 30 days of the transaction date.
All service If you provide the information on the same day, you are entitled to a refund within 30 days of the transaction date.

We will charge your payment method when you When you call to “Place Order.” The charge on your credit card statement will appear as “Smart Home Solution or Concierge Global Services"

Company expressly reserves the right to change or modify its prices and fees at any time, and such changes or modifications shall be posted online at this Site and effective immediately without need for further notice to you.
